This initiative from GTA could be summarized in one word, which would be a huge thank you. I am very grateful for this recognition. It's true that I put a lot of effort into the A320 qualification I obtained at Global Training Aviation and in all the previous simulators during the GTA cadet program, which I completed during the pandemic to keep us up to date. When one puts a lot of effort and enthusiasm into what they love and are passionate about, it's very satisfying to have that recognized.

On the other hand, I am very grateful for the quality and professionalism of GTA, which has allowed me to have excellent training, opening doors for me to work today and to fly for an airline on the Airbus 320. And of course, I must mention the humanity and quality within all the GTA staff, who have treated us wonderfully with complete dedication and made us feel at home.
