ACT!

Aviation Collaborative Training

GTA has developed its own methodology for a new era; one which proposes our trainees to become a part of their own learning evolution through an active and collaborative attitude to their training. This we promote via trainee self-assessment, self-responsibility and considered feedback.

We have called our method ACT!, in order to animate the trainees to actively participate in their own learning process and to avoid passive assimilation of the course content.

Besides, ACT! is acronym for Aviation Collaborative Training, which defines our training strategy.

During the training we encourage current and frequent Instructor <-> Trainee interactions as well as Trainee <-> Content interactions. Through this trainee centered approach and a constant assessment is managed.

This method demands commitment and a proper focus from all involved parties. Hence, trainees, instructors and participants will work together to achieve the learning objectives.
