From GTA, we deeply regret the loss of our colleague and friend, Fernando Solans Robles.

Fernando Solans passed away this Monday, January 15, in a tragic air accident while combating a fire in the central region of Maule, Chile, as reported by the National Forestry Corporation (Conaf) of Chile.

Fernando was a great professional, a magnificent pilot, instructor, and above all, a passionate aviation enthusiast. He was currently flying with Air Andes Chile SPA, collaborating with CONAF in wildfire prevention.

We share the feelings of sadness from family and friends, offering our heartfelt condolences and full support during these difficult times.
